Author of the 2022 book, Before You Say Anything (St Martins Press), Victoria is an ex-pat Brit who refined her storytelling skills in New York as a journalist, copywriter, producer, trained actress and voice-over artist. Prior to establishing The OL in 2009 she contributed to MailOnline, NY Daily News, The New York Post and MSNBC. As Writer-in-Chief at The Oratory Laboratory she has crafted speeches for influencers, policy-makers, CEOs and more commencements than Obama. Her work has been heard at forums from the UN, to the TED stage, to a secret fraternity on Wall Street. In all her work Victoria continues to toss the ‘toastmaster’ rules out the window believing you can convince people of impossible things if you make them laugh and cry in the process.

As an Emmy-winning writer, a best-selling author and award-winning creative director for brands, including Google, Intel, Chevy, JC Penney, Under Armour, Kraft, Obama 2012 and the AFL-CIO, Nathan has built robots, created VR experiences, developed products and devised entire campaigns.  He is a former collaborator at the Google Creative Lab and the former Chief Creative officer of Narrative, the ad agency founded by Russell Simmons. 

A compulsive maker of innovative content, Nathan now focuses most of his attention on his creative agency, THAT (Technology, Humans & Taste), and his strategic consultancy DUM DUM Augmented Intelligence.
